Dr. Kamil Fayzullin is CIO at S-Kreditpartner GmbH. He unites thorough software engineering skills with strategic view on design, engineering and operations of digital products, bringing together such disciplines as leadership, technical strategy, IT architecture, agile, software engineering, DevOps, BI, data analytics and marketing automation solutions.
In his previous role, he was CTO of COMVEL GmbH (subsidiary company of ProSiebenSat.1 Group) being in charge of product engineering, IT operations and IT infrastructure of German OTA platform weg.de. As Director Mobile Services at ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH he was developing the 7TV product family and other digital entertainment applications (mobile, web and OTT).
Prior to this, he gathered experience in investment case evaluation, developing tech strategy and product design at SevenVentures GmbH. During his career, he worked as software engineer, software architect, technical project manager and team leader on applied research and software engineering projects in the field of smart factory automation (Industrie 4.0). Based on his industry experience Dr. Kamil Fayzullin has acquired a thorough understanding of digital processes and digital transformation strategy in different industries, strong C-level communication and management skills.
Born in Ufa, an industrial city in Russia, Fayzullin has got his first academic degree (diploma) in Industrial Engineering from Ufa State Petroleum Technological University. Being selected for a scholarship from DAAD as high-potential, he continued his education in Germany, receiving both his Master’s Degree in Business Informatics and Operations Research as well as his Ph.D. with highest distinction from Aachen University of Technology.
